Service Description

Host your next event with The Bobo Enterprise with a Bobo Emporium Uno venue rental. Our 74th street location can hold up to 75 people and comes with tables, chairs, a speaker, and parking lot to help you create the perfect atmosphere for your event. Whether it's a party, a meeting, or a workshop, our Trois venue has everything you need for a successful and memorable occasion.

Cancellation Policy

*****Deposit is non-refundable ***** Deposit is due to hold the date. Arrival no earlier than ONE(1) HOUR before the event time. If you would like additional time for setup it is $50 per hour. The deposit expires within 1 year of the original booking date if the event does not occur (otherwise, it can be used towards a new date). Balance is due 48 hours before the event. If the balance is not paid, the client will have a late fee of $50. The late fee will increase an additional $50 24 hours before the event (possible total of $100). Balances not paid day of the event will result in the cancellation of the event (NO REFUND). Any money paid towards the balance is non-refundable. If you cancel your event less than 48 hours before the date, only 75% of what you have paid can go towards a new event. A 25% fee will be held for services already rendered. (Holding the date on the calendar, set up, viewings, cleanup, decor, etc. all qualify as services rendered). Last minute date switch fee is 25% of the rental or 200 dollars (whichever is less). Last minute change of dates would be any date modification requested less than 7 business days (Mon-Friday) of the rental. Cancellations with decor packages will pay the cancellation fee, the cost of new balloons if the event is already decorated, and a labor fee of $100. $100 INCIDENT FEE DUE UPON ARRIVAL. FEE REFUNDED AT END OF EVENT PENDING NO INCIDENTS. FEE must be paid via cash, Zelle, or Cash App. $104 if Cash App is used. (WAIVED FOR RESIDENCY). Incidents include: Damage to space or property Glitter or confetti cleanup Tape on walls Loitering outside space during or after the event Noise disturbance Fighting On property past breakdown time. The rental comes with tables, 50 chairs. Add-ons. *chair covers *tablecloths *thrown chair *decor packages available upon request*
